This palace, located between Merlo and Lungarini streets, represents an exclusive area that since the Middle Ages was composed of noble residences. In full vogue in the baroque period, it was the Palermo home of ancient and noble family of Filangeri, whose arrival in Sicily dates back to Norman times. Today, it is a lovely residence-museum.
